How to Order Food


Ordering Food on PiFood


Step 1: Browse Restaurants

  • Open PiFood from the home screen
  • Browse by category (Vietnamese, Japanese, Fast Food, etc.)
  • Use filters: Distance, Rating, Price, Delivery Time
  • Search for specific dishes or restaurants

    • Step 2: Select Your Items

  • Tap on a restaurant to view menu
  • Browse menu categories
  • Tap items to add to cart
  • Customize as needed (toppings, spice level, etc.)
  • Set quantity

    • Step 3: Review Cart

  • Check all items and quantities
  • Apply promo codes if available
  • Add special instructions for kitchen

    • Step 4: Checkout

  • Confirm delivery address
  • Select delivery time (ASAP or schedule)
  • Choose delivery option:

    • - Standard: lower fee, 30-45 mins

    - Express: higher fee, 15-25 mins

  • Review total and pay with Pi

    • Step 5: Track Your Order

  • Real-time status updates
  • Live map tracking
  • Direct chat with driver
  • Estimated arrival time

    • Tips

  • Order during off-peak hours for faster delivery
  • Check restaurant ratings and reviews
  • Save favorite restaurants for quick reorder
  • Use "Reorder" for previous orders
