: Full refund
After confirmed, before preparation
: 90% refund
During preparation
: No refund (food is being made)
After pickup
: No refund
How to Cancel
Go to Orders > Active Orders
Select the order
Tap "Cancel Order"
Select reason
Confirm cancellation
Refund Timeline
Cancellation refunds: Instant to 24 hours
Quality issue refunds: 24-48 hours after review
Missing item refunds: 24-48 hours
Reporting Issues
For wrong orders, missing items, or quality issues:
Go to order details
Tap "Report Issue"
Select issue type
Add photos if applicable
Submit for review
Tips
Cancel early for full refund
Document issues with photos
Be specific in your report
Check refund status in PiPay
