PiFood Cancellation & Refund Policy


When You Can Cancel

  • Before restaurant confirms: Full refund
  • After confirmed, before preparation: 90% refund
  • During preparation: No refund (food is being made)
  • After pickup: No refund

  • How to Cancel

  • Go to Orders > Active Orders
  • Select the order
  • Tap "Cancel Order"
  • Select reason
  • Confirm cancellation

  • Refund Timeline

  • Cancellation refunds: Instant to 24 hours
  • Quality issue refunds: 24-48 hours after review
  • Missing item refunds: 24-48 hours

  • Reporting Issues

    For wrong orders, missing items, or quality issues:

  • Go to order details
  • Tap "Report Issue"
  • Select issue type
  • Add photos if applicable
  • Submit for review

  • Tips

  • Cancel early for full refund
  • Document issues with photos
  • Be specific in your report
  • Check refund status in PiPay
