You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access • Ensuring your Pi wallet is properly secured

Life with Pi provides a platform connecting users with: • **PiFood**: Food delivery services from partner restaurants • **PiMove**: Transportation and ride-hailing services • **PiShop**: E-commerce marketplace • **PiTravel**: Travel booking services • **PiHealth**: Healthcare appointment booking • **PiLearn**: Online education courses • **PiWork**: Job marketplace • **PiPlay**: Entertainment services • **PiPay**: Digital wallet services We act as an intermediary platform and are not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party partners.

• All prices are displayed in Pi cryptocurrency • Transactions are processed through the Pi Network blockchain • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and partner policies • Transaction fees may apply to certain services • Exchange rates between Pi and fiat currencies may fluctuate

You agree not to: • Use our services for any illegal purpose • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt our services • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use automated systems to access our services without permission • Engage in fraudulent activities

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Life with Pi are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life with Pi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
