Real-Time Delivery Tracking


How to Track

  • Go to Orders tab
  • Select your active order
  • View real-time map

    • Order Status Stages

  • Order Placed: Restaurant received your order
  • Preparing: Kitchen is preparing your food
  • Ready for Pickup: Driver assigned and heading to restaurant
  • Picked Up: Driver has your food
  • On the Way: Driver heading to your location
  • Arriving: Driver is nearby
  • Delivered: Order complete

    • Communication

  • Chat with Driver: Tap the chat icon
  • Call Driver: Tap the phone icon
  • Share Location: Help driver find you

    • Notifications

  • Push notifications for each status change
  • SMS updates for important changes
  • In-app alerts

    • What if delivery is late?

  • Check traffic conditions on map
  • Contact driver for update
  • Request refund if significantly delayed (2+ hours)
