Open the app and navigate to your order/transaction history in the relevant service section.
Find and select the order or transaction you want to request a refund for.
Tap the 'Request Refund' or 'Report Issue' button.
Select the reason for your refund request and provide any supporting information or photos.
Submit your request. You'll receive a confirmation and updates via email and in-app notifications.
