How to Book a Ride on PiMove


Step 1: Open PiMove

  • Tap PiMove from home screen
  • Allow location access for pickup

    • Step 2: Set Locations

  • Your current location is auto-detected
  • Enter destination address
  • Or select from saved places

    • Step 3: Choose Vehicle Type

  • PiBike: Motorcycle, fastest, cheapest
  • PiCar: Standard car, 4 seats
  • PiPremium: Luxury vehicles
  • PiXL: SUV/Van, 7 seats

    • Step 4: Review & Book

  • See estimated fare
  • Check arrival time
  • Add promo code if available
  • Tap "Book Now"

    • Step 5: Wait for Driver

  • View driver info and rating
  • Track driver on map
  • Contact driver if needed

    • During the Ride

  • Share trip with friends/family
  • Emergency button available
  • Rate driver after trip

    • Payment

  • Auto-charged from PiPay
  • Tip option available
  • Receipt sent via email
