Understanding Your Transaction History


Accessing History

  • Open PiPay
  • Scroll down or tap "See All"
  • View complete transaction list

    • Transaction Types

  • Sent: Pi you sent to others
  • Received: Pi received from others
  • Purchase: Payments for services
  • Refund: Returned amounts
  • Reward: Promotional credits

    • Transaction Details

    Each transaction shows:

  • Date and time
  • Amount (+ or -)
  • Recipient/Sender
  • Transaction ID
  • Status
  • Category

    • Filtering Options

  • Date Range: Today, This Week, Custom
  • Type: All, Sent, Received, Purchases
  • Amount: Min/Max range
  • Status: Completed, Pending, Failed

    • Exporting Data

  • Tap "Export" icon
  • Select date range
  • Choose format (CSV/PDF)
  • Download or share

    • Transaction Status

  • Completed: Successfully processed
  • Pending: Awaiting blockchain confirmation
  • Failed: Transaction did not complete
  • Disputed: Under review
