How to Delete Your Account


Before You Delete

  • Download your data
  • Complete pending orders
  • Withdraw remaining Pi balance
  • Cancel any subscriptions

    • Deletion Process

  • Profile > Settings > Account
  • Tap "Delete Account"
  • Enter password to confirm
  • Select deletion reason
  • Confirm deletion

    • What Gets Deleted

  • Profile information
  • Order history
  • Saved addresses
  • Preferences

    • What We Keep (as required by law)

  • Transaction records (7 years)
  • Security logs
  • Legal compliance data

    • Reactivation

  • 30-day grace period
  • Log in to cancel deletion
  • After 30 days, permanent
